Winters Bone......
Inspired by the novel. Daniel Woodrell.
30in Halibut yielded 5 lbs of fillets.... The liquid nail did not work,it pulled apart.

Nice! So, if the liquid nails did not work, What did? I think I would use epoxy.

Works great on bones and all types of multi-surfaces, gems, jewelry. Fixes everything. It makes superglue look like Elmers. |

So what method did you use to clean the bones this time?

First off no stinky trash....
I cut it in half and baked head and back bone till it pulled apart then put into boiling water....then scrubbed bones with a toothbrush and air dryed...next time I'm going to try putting in a crock pot after I bake to see if the bones come out clean to cut down on the toothbrush work
Use flex coat two part epoxy 5min to construct with cheapest and strong.Never tryed paloBond but I think it more expensive

Take a look at "U-40 Rod Bond" epoxy. It is two jells that you mix together and you have around 45 minuted to work with. It is thick and stays where you put it. Also has a little flex to it and not brittle. I use it on reel seats when putting rods together and have found other uses for it around the house.

Thanks
The jelly might cut down on the holding time...
Maybe add a little white color to look like cartridge.
