Tried hooping at night off the boat but no love. bosco

Sounds pretty awesome. I scuba'd for bugs during one season and it's just another level of experiences for sure. I'm wondering how does a person legally have more than one limit in possession when on a multi-day trip?

Multi-Day Permit

Multi-Day Permit...you can have three limits in possession if you meet all the requirements on staying off-shore. You can get it on the DFW website or at the office.
(overnight on a kayak off La Jolla just doesn't cut it though Jimbo...!LOL!)
Lots of discussion at DFW about changing this reg since it's probably one of the most abused regs...it doesn't only cover lobster.

Thanks for that. It'll be another year before I'm around a bug limit anyways, lol. Jim

I dont think they went over limits. Sounds like four days of diving. So 560/32 =17.5.

17.5/4 = 4.3 lobster per person, per day.

Edit: I think I misread the question.
