White or Colored?
Double luck at Dana Point w mac and trap hook. 33"/15lb & 37"/25lbs. But the big question is...what is the "proper" way to display a halibut? Should they be shown with the white side or the colored side?? I'm awaiting your vote, WHITE or COLORED?

If you have two. Then I believe proper protocol say one white and one brown.

Doesn't matter as long as you have a grin from ear to ear!

Nice job! I'm afraid that if I answer "white" or "brown", either way I'll be called racist!
