New Kitchen, New Recipe...
First, I gotta say, without you guys inspiring me
fishermansbelly won't have happened. After six stinking months of eating drywall dust, the new kitchen is done. Hell, my wife and I are still walking over to the bathroom to do our dishes! New recipe is Poke Thresher Belly. I fell in love with poke back in Hawaii, and now there's a poke craze going on all over the country. I see small Poke Shops opening up in inland malls!! Although you can use your imagination to create all types of poke, I'm sharing a very traditional Hawaiian poke recipe. Hope you guys give it a try. Secret: Any fish will do!!! Here's the fish Here's the recipe http://bit.ly/264qzFp Like us on Fishermansbelly Facebook page! If you're not using facebook for updated fishing info yet, try facebooking, kayak fishing clubs, like San Diego Kayak Fishing or Sammons facebook page, Jim Sammons Kayak Fishing Show or just So Cal Fishing. There's a ton of stuff to find on Facebook, really. |

Cooking, or in this case not cooking is style! Thanks for the recipes Yanni, I've tried several and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work. Nice Kitchen.

Nice looking kitchen, man. I dig the ventilation. I used to be a cook and baker, and if there's one thing that's inadequate in 99% of home kitchens, and which most avid home cooks overlook, it's a proper hood fan!

Yanni, tell me about the tuna crab. Are the edible? Are they like crawfish or nothing there?
