Lowrance Elite-5 CHIRP help

I recently bought the Elite-5 CHIRP and having trouble detecting fishes at depth more than 180 feet. It seems to detect fishes find in shallower water. I mean I caught rock fishes so I know there are fish down there but the FF doesn't detect any. It came with the 83/200 455/800 transducer. I'm not sure if there are settings that I didn't set right or something? Appreciate any help you got on this issue.

So in the frequency option, change to 83Khz instead of High CHIRP or Medium CHIRP?

Yes try that, and turn sensitivity up until you start seeing what you want.

I usually go to slow trolling mode , then medium chirp and it works for me. Make sure your not in fresh water, shallow water option etc...

I wonder what the difference is from fresh water to slow trolling settings. I actually normally run on freshwater and it works fine. As you can see in the chart below, the settings seem to be identical.
