If you give a moose a muffin

Wait wait, maybe its if you give a moose a mackerel.

If you give a moose a mackerel, he will inhale it.

Flylined mac 85ft, 2pm yesterday. Really kicked my ass for a while on my torium 14 and 10-20lb graftech stick. I do love the lighter rods though. Keeps that big bend the whole time. This is my personal best yellowtail and will probably take me quite a while to beat. I thought id be joining the 40lb club with a seabass before a yellowtail.

Went 44lbs on the digital scale, going to measure tonight when home.

For reference the fish next to mine is 24-25lbs.

Beauty! Hope you taped it out so you could enter it in this month's tail category! Great job. Jim

Geno

No problems all day. Tried to stay away from the boats for that reason.

I love the fact that you caught it on a 10-20 lb. rod.
