Kudos to Malibu Kayaks
I would like to publicly thank Sean (Owner/President), Robert (Operations Manager), and the gang at Malibu Kayaks for working directly with me to remedy a difficult kayak “fix-it” problem. It’s not often, especially in this day and age, to have the company president directly involved in problem solving and customer satisfaction.
If anyone is contemplating a new kayak this season, it’s my humble opinion that Malibu’s product support is second to none, and should be a large factor in your choice of kayaks |

Big dittos on that. The local Malibu dealer, OEX, does a damn good job as well.
