I love eating fish, but I have never found a recipe for catfish that I like. Of course I may like catfish better than spotted bass. That was a strange experience but I know now I can catch and release them and not worry about whether or not I catch a keeper.

grilled catfish
Marinated in mustard olive oil paprika cayenne pepper and garlic paste salt and pepper excellent I release all big mouth bass and keep all stocked fish....
