San onofre 6/26

Fished the kelp beds around the power plant. Wide open on calico. The hit every thing. We started with live bait. Then we ran out of live bait with all the smaller barracuda that were wreaking havoc on our Sardines. So we're used fresh dead. They hit those too. Then we ran out of deads and used cut squid. They hit that as well. Fun fishing!

I was magically transported there on my friend Power boat. I've never launched from Ono or trestles. Seems do able though. The area was in range of old mans and lowers.
