The Hook Up

LJ YT video from last Wed (2/11/15). This was the first of two and weighed in at 24lbs. The second one was a lot bigger and had the fortune of getting released. Too lazy to peddle them both in. Video on fish #2 to come...

congrats. I saw ya hook up on that yellow. I had just rolled over that spot no less than 10 min earlier. I was a smidge jealous but happy to see someone with a bent rod.
I ended up hooking into a yellow half hour later on a green back but got broke off on the rocks below.
It's always fun to fish on hot days in the middle of winter for yellow tail.

quick questions though., you said you saw marks... boomer-rangs or just the cloud of bait/rock fish below? All i saw on my sounder was a cloud. I'm just wondering if i need to re-adjust some settings on the sounder or am i not noticing the obvious?

In this case, single straight line near the bottom.

Nice one for the lefty. Good POV shots as well. Is that the Contour on the front mount?

Noticed you got hit when you stopped reeling to adjust your glasses. Wham! Cool video.
