SI

Been a while since my last post. Back on the water now, worked the drift at SI again today using squid this time (didn't want to mess with Lizards)... which is probably why I didn't hook up...again....for the 3rd time this week....

A dude did land a 25" on live mack though, good luck

How deep are you fishing at SI?

Nothing at all the last 3 weeks?

No I meant three days this week. I C&R'd (as always) a few bass, and sent a nice sculpin home. looking for the flat fish, I work the bottom with soft baits, lizards, and this time squid. Maybe its because I fished the incoming tide, who knows.

So I went to SI last Monday. I (as always) stopped at the bait receiver and got the most perfect baits I've seen in a long time. I worked at it pretty much all day for 3 shorts and one keeper. A very fun day with little boat traffic. I was fishing in 40 to 50" feet of water. I do the best in that depth. The sardines were beautiful, about 4- 6"er's.

Correction...

I meant 40 - 50 feet of water, not inches...
