Tidelands 7/10 AM
I haven't been able to get on the water for a long time. It's been a combination of family/friends in town, sciatica and the real killer, Benign Paroxysmal Vertigo. Loss of balance, sensation of spinning and nausea.
Both have subsided, so WTF, I'll risk vomiting and falling into the water for some Spotties. All are welcome to join. Sorry such a late post. I never know how I'm going to feel day to day. Patrick |

You must have been made aware of the Epley maneuver with BPPV. If not, look it up on youtube. Of course, check with your doc first.
