LJ 6/19 and 6/21 ams
6/19: ankle slapper surf, easy spanish in the kelp, very nice day, very little activity on the surface, no wind, landed at 10am and it was still glassy, was able to paddle right up on the sand
6/21: surf required a little timing, but got out dry, bait was a little slower in the kelp eventually made a couple spanish and one greenie, my greenie eventually turned into a log cuda, it felt more fishy today with spots of bait being pushed up here and there, light breeze, landed around 9:30am, landing required a little timing as I had to wait for a nice sized set of 5-6 waves(3-4 footers) to roll through, but had a dry landing none the less |

Same for me today minus the cuda. Bait was scattered near the inside kelp. Grabbed a few spanish and trolled in front of the condo. 3 baits stolen by knothead.
