Somewhat fishing Related

I wasn't on the water but Running around it representing the Rock Fishing Derby coming up. BWE Visor and Derby shirt worn while Running today's SD Half Marathon.

I finished in 2 hours and 52 minutes. I developed Plantar Faciitis about 6 months ago so I've been very limited on my training. 7 miles into the race it really started to flare up. I finished and I ran across the finish line. Next year will be better.

Knees

I've stopped runnin cuz of my knees. I miss it. Done over 30 1/2 marathons and two fulls. Good times!

I like the 5k and 10k races more, they don't take as long
