What happened to the excavator, backhoe, and large hole I've been looking at for the last few months on the cam?

Saw the equipment leveling the berm and moving the concrete sections in preparation of the storm. I looks like one of those two sections is almost buried now due to the wave action. They're not done but if they had not done it, the excavator would now be half buried in the surf.
