Fish Finder Mounting
ok so I want to move my fish finder to where a sail would connect to my PA14.. i know a couple of guys have done it. Was wondering how? what mount did they use? IM thinking of getting an hbar for better bass fishing platform and my current loaction of my lorance will be in the way..

I coiled up the extra cable and zip tied it to the sail mast. The battery is in a cheap waterproof box bungied to the mast also. I run the cables to the unit out of the front hatch and just close the lid on top of them. I really didn't want to drill any holes if I didn't have to. I'm sure that it doesn't help the seal much but no water comes in under the lid. |
