SI on 9/15 anyone?

Would sure like to get another Halibut before they shut down for the season. I will be at SI tomorrow AM. I would like to launch by 0700. I have the brown Tacoma with the yellow Revo sticking out. See you there!

Kellog

Hey Ling,

Where do you park when you launch at Kellog? That is a much more civilized peddle! So do you unload first then go park? I have always been curious about that one.

From the looks of your picture, it doesn't look like you need any advise. Good look out there tomorrow. I wish I could go.

They're still out there. It's just getting a little tougher. You have to cover a lot of water to find them. Linglifter got one today.

I feel your pain...

Hey Easyday,

I know what you mean about so little time. When I took my yak out last Sunday, that was the first time in over a month. It gets tough some times but you will get out there. Like I said earlier, I am looking forward to some fall fishing out there. Lots less traffic, although you do have to hunt harder. I would like to head out there with some frozen squid and drop some near the rocks by Ballast Point. I hear theres a spot for sculpin over there. Yummm... Sculpin soup!

lots of wrecks that hold sculpin near ballast point.
Be careful, the point and north side of ballast point is MLPA (no fishing) but where most of the wrecks are is still OK but you might get chased out by the military.
