Fished it yesterday afternoon. Bait is tough to make right now, so I'd pony up for a scoop. Dirty green water up near Salt Creek, so I'd head south.

i fished for a bit on Sat. north capo area in-front of beach road by the basket ball courts. I noticed pelicans diving at 6:00 am in that spot. I had a lucky craft and fished the spot for 1 YFC and my PB smelt... lol. No bait tank just artificial.
I only fished for about 2 hrs as I needed to protect my fire pit. Those birds worked the same spot... easily for 6-7 hours. wind picked up and water was nasty after 2 pm. wind died around 6pm. was looking very fishable that eve, super calm and a big moon. Hmmmm I wonder. . . |
