Quick Mission Trip 12/12
Launched the Kayak at 6 A.M. this morning at Ski Beach to test out the new to me kayak after getting it all rigged up. Tide was moving pretty slow at that point. There was a lot of bait fish in the water being pushed around. Landed a 12' Spotty, and had a few other really nice hits. Wife calls me and asks if I was OnCall for work. I said I didn't think so. She called back stating my pager was going off again. I called work and sure enough I was Oncall for work. Landed the kayak, loaded back up, and was home by 10 A.M. and now I'm babysitting the pager. Still, a really nice way to start the day.

Now you see how messed up my brain was having to leave the water too early. It caused me to type and not think correctly. Sure that sounds like a good excuse. Yes it was 12/2/12 but at least I was correct on the month and the year, and 12" spotty is more accurate.
