Dry bags at homedepot
HomeDepot has dry bags 2pk for 20 bucks. Forgot what size but ey were med/large. The brand escapes me but it was one that I saw in sporting goods/kayak shops.

They've also got Plano waterproof boxes in a 3 pack. Same stuff as in the tackle shops.
