How far out?
If I fish la jolly from la jolly shores or avendia la playa how far out do I go to fish t he kelp for calico s and rockfish?

never been to La Jolly but if you want to fish the kelp for bass and rock fish.. i'd stay within the kelp. pot holing can be fun.
