Any Guesses

I found this floating about 4 feet below the surface in 35 ft of water at LJ yesterday. I was able to gaff it and pull on on board. Not real sure what it is. Looks like it may be a bait motel or as Steveooo suggested at the launch, a place to stash fish prior to a bass tourney. Any other guesses? Or if the owner wants to explain what it is, he/she can have it back if we can arrange pickup in Laguna Beach. If not, at least I have a nice anchor that I'll probably never use.

The bag is in pretty bad shape. Looks like a furbag was interested in whatever was inside of it. I thought about the same thing but not worth repairing from my point of view. It has a tag on it from Baja Billys at Wetproducts.com

hahaha!

Thats my anchor..... I lost it tuesday night landing my boat! The prop cut my line and I thought I was gonna be able to get it back, but it sunk out!

Yeah that bag is for keeping my bait alive.... it must have been torn in the process!

Call me please
