New to Kayak Fishing. Any groups I can join?
Hey everyone! I'm very excited to get going with my kayak. I live in Ventura and would love to fish with others. If anyone knows of any groups or clubs around me, please let me know. Also, any suggestions as to where I should try? I did Goleta last weekend but the bite was over. Lots of live squid and real easy to get, but the fish were not biting. I want to try Malibu area too but i'm open to go all the way down to San Clemente/Dana Point. Any advice will be great help and i'll make sure i'm posting and sharing with everyone about any successful trips i may take. Thanks in advance and hope to see some of you out in the water!

Welcome to the madness. As far as joining a group? Well here we are. The best group of friendly, out of control, addicted mother f'ers you'll ever find. Best advice I can give you is to post up where and when your going out and you'll be surprised how many followers (leaders) you'll find. Tons of great advice and knowledge on BWE.

Hi Riptide My girl and I are new to this too. We also live in Oxnard / Ventura area. When we get back may be we can try ARCO island at Rincon? SABA P.s. Try off Neptuns Net on PCH at county line for Squid and White sea bass
