Transducer question
I have been lurking around here for over two years and have finally purchased a Malibu Stealth 14. I just received my fishfinder, a Lowrance Mark-4 DSI in the mail today. I have been researching how to mount this and had what is probably a bad idea but figured I would ask anyway. I am thinking about doing a scupper mount but not using anything other than epoxy or ? to hold the transducer in place. Sorry about the fat thumb in the picture but hopefully I have explained this good enough. Thank you in advance and I am looking forward to meeting you out on the water

Thanks for the speedy reply. Your mount looks great, I was just thinking without the mount and using some sort of adhesive I could accomplish three things.
1. Save fifty Dollars for the mount 2. Bring the transducer closer to the yak 3. Leave the scupper hole open I will probably end up purchasing the scupper mount. Thank you |
