Huntington harbor this Sat?
Thinking of fishing it for the 1st time this weekend. Anybody fish it lately? Tips on spots or baits? I want to get some spotty action going and NPH doesn't seem like the place for it right now.
I'm either going HH or DP for the pipe Sat , PM me if you want to meet up. |

Go to Dana. HH is tough on good days.

Hi I'm new on the site and new to yaks but I tube HH quite a bit and was just in there the last two weekends. I will be tubing this Saturday night as well. Its a tough bay but I usually pull them out by the estuary/mouth/bridge area. Lots of underwater structure there. Another good spot is on the wall at the fork of the channel going in just past castle beach. The PCH docks are good sometimes but my best catches have been at night. Lately its a mackerel haven so that can be annoying. Tides are strong at HH. Should be a good weekend with warm weather and an almost new moon.
Hope it helps. |
