2012 Ocean Kayak, Kayak Fishing World Cup New Zealand

Kia Ora from the RWC winners and sunny Northland New Zealand.
I would just like to invite you to participate in the 2012 Ocean Kayak, Kayak Fishing World Cup (part of the Century Batteries Beach and Boat competition) which is being hosted by our club, here in Whangarei (the winterless Northland part of New Zealand )
Please click on the following link which will take you to the Kayak Fishing World Cup section for further details.

This is also a link to a recent notification by Kayak Angler Magazine

Would be good to think that there is a chance of another type of world cup that could end up in the US
If you have any questions just drop me a line.
Hope to see you here in 2012
Cheers
Karl

Wow Karl, I wish I could come back to attend the OK World Cup! I miss it there so much! My version of a perfect life!

What's with the Hobies are not allowed in the yak division, but must compete against the Power Boats? Is it just an issue to make up for the recent Hobie thing across the way? Curious...

In any case I hope to join you guys at NKFC again soon! And good luck with the Tourny!
Cheers

Hi Handymansd. No issues at all with Hobies just that some were for and some against them, so to make it easier it will just be paddle power and at the end of the day we will all be able to compete against the boaties as the overall prize can be won by anyone from any section. Give us a shout before you next come over.
Cheers
Karl
