8/9/11 LJ PM conditions
fished 3:30 'til sunset outside of cove to NW corner. small surf. light winds. water 69, blue w/ green tint, sudsy on surface along band of current, w/ about 15-20 vis. near high tide, most kelp underwater, tilted uphill n towards shore. fair amount of fin bait. minimal birds. lots of whale spouts few miles off of Torrey Pines. felt lucky to be on water.
