Half Moon Bay Kayak Fishing Derby - Sunday 7/16/06

Hey guys, sorry for the last minute notice.... but if you're willing to make a road trip up north this weekend for an opportunity to land some monster lings and win some great prizes, then we've got the derby for you!

It's the 2nd Annual Half Moon Bay Kayak Fishing Derby (located 20 miles south of San Francisco).

I did this tournament last year with the Cobra kayak team. The fishing was fantastic and is well worth the trip. While I didn't catch the big fish, I certainly caught plenty of quality lings, cabezon and assorted rock fish that day. I can't make it this year, but I highly recommend going.
