Jungle Fishing Far North Queensland
Recently flew from the West Coast (Perth to the East Coast Cairnsfor a weeks holiday, met up with a chap from one off the Aussie forums Craig,,,he picked me up from where i was camped,,he had a spare yak,,rod etc,,all i needed was a few small lures, lunch, water and hat basiclly
The plan was to fish the Mulgrave River just South of Cairns,, the target was to be Sooty Grunter (black and grunt out of the water) and Jungle Perch but we caught none of those it turned out,,plenty of Sootties though. Heres some pictures to tell the story, mate Craig is in the pictures. All fish were released.
