Makes me wanna downgrade next year from the PA14 to an outback since the seat looks a whole lot more comfortable now. Can't wait till they hit the store to test it out. GREAT JOB HOBIE!

Seat looks cool, plus the roller bearing drives and a skeg in the PAs.. The article says they had to change their molds so I doubt this will retrofit into older models.

The price for comfort. I'm hoping it's only 200 bump. If it's 500 that's brings the cost almost close to a PA 12

I'm hearing a $300 bump. That seat is outrageously trick, plus there's the new model Mirage Drive.

No backwards compatibility that I'm aware of at this time.

Backwards travel is not a problem, what would I otherwise do with my $400+ Werner paddle? LOL!
