Gonzaga in September

25 September thru 1 October. As Baja cools off the fishing is still HOT. YT, Bass, Cabrilla, Skippys, possible Dorado. Whale sharks and turtles too. Great time to fish Gonzaga.

This is the SECOND most popular trip each year. The temps have dropped into the 80's and almost all species are available. A great time to enjoy life in Baja. Post here to join this trip to PARADISE. Tight Lines.

Knock on wood, so far been very few days where we were blown off this year. Twice we lost two days out of the week, but we were still able to fish from the beach, in fact one of those days we took YT from our beach. Tight lines.

Hola Roberto,

I had to run the gauntlet of the bosses (the one at work and the one at home), but I can still make the Sept trip. Unfortunately, I won't be able to get there until Sunday around 1400 hours, and I'll have to leave Thursday a.m. instead of Saturday.

I'm disappointed I won't be there for the entire week, but since making this trip was in doubt for a minute, I'm glad I'll be able to go at all. I've got some making up to do with the boss at home, for sure.

Looking forward to hanging out, hermano!

Please let me know what supplies are needed at your place (water? propane?) as well as any recent fishing reports including what lures to bring.

I killed a scorpion just like that there in June. It scared the crap out of me and I smashed it. Right inside the house too, under a packing blanket.

It had me wondering what to do in case of an emergency so I googled it and it kinda looks like a bark scorpion. Can anyone confirm what type of scorpion that is?

The colors are a bit different but they look the same.

A search said the bark scorpions were the most venomous and deadly if not treated immediately

I believe he means North, as in the northern Sea of Cortez as opposed to Panama. Costa Rica, PV or Mazatlán etc.
