Fo Reel maintenance
So i picked up a jigmaster 500 and have used 4 times. The owners manual has limited instructions. I need to clean and oil it.
How do you maintain your reels? Thanks |

Alan Tani's site has a wealth of info
Hands down, the best site on teh interwebz is Alan Tani's site. This guy is a maintenance and modification genius. Browse his whole site, but here's a direct link to reel maintenance for a Penn 500 / 501

Another vouch for Alan Tani. Tons of great insight and helpful tutorials. I do all mine very similar to his methods.
