Holiday weekend, any fishing plans?

Anyone have any fishing plans for the long weekend coming up?

The wife is headed for a girls weekend, so I've got alllll weekend to fish.

Aw, bummer. That's this weekend!

Unfortunately I still need to be close enough to home to take care of the dogs, or else I would bum a ride for sure!

Can't wait to see the pictures after the trip!

You would not be the first to bring their dogs with them. Tight Lines.

My dog LOVED Baja when I took him...lots of flavory smells to sniff and swimming to be done...but watching out for him cuts into the relaxings, for sure.

Yeah, unfortunately I just dont feel comfortable with either of them (90lbs shep mix and a 25lbs doxie mix) on the yak while I'm fishing. Casual paddle, sure, but not a fishing trip.

Enjoy MEX while you are all down there!

Same here, maybe two of the three days. Maybe even all three days if the fishing is good.

I'm about a hour and a half away from Dana. What are you guys targeting out there? How's the launch?

Targeting Halibut and bass. I typically launch from the boat launch (closest to the bait barge) very easy launch point for harbor and outside
