LJ Shores 10.10.07 Happy Paddle Day
Awesome fishing conditions this morning. Plenty of current, wind, and bait. I basically had the whole cove to myself as I only saw two other yaks out there. Quickly found a bait ball and before I got my bait out this hits with rod still in hand, put in gear and he really takes off. What a tow! The fish goes for the bottom and hits the kelp, little did I know its dragging about six lbs. of kelp with it! This fish was fat and had alot of power. Shot with Canon PowerShot SD550 at 2007-10-10 Shot with Canon PowerShot SD550 at 2007-10-10 No on the water shot cause there was no one out there! |
