New 2015 PA14 incoming
Well payed my hard earned cash now I just have to start surfing the web for the accessories I want/need. Was planning on robbing my 2012 PA but my buddies will be using that one and its a good excuse to by new stuff. Thinking about building a bigger live well but not sure what route I want to go.
All suggestions welcome. |

Looking into a LOWRANCE Elite-5 CHIRP, if anybody has seen any good sales happening please let me know.

Seems like every 2 months it goes on sale at west marine or BPS.. If you can, wait if not Amazon has some deals along with eBay..
I can tell you I don't think there is a big enough difference to want a chirp.. The chirp sonar from DF are better, hands down but still a new product and who knows reliability yet.. |

I know my buddies chirp 5 next to my Elite5 stomps it, his chirp model seem to catch everything yet filter very well (adjusting the sensitivity/options is key). Haven't really had any first hand usage with the DF, is it really worth the extra $150?
