Tuna In La Jolla
Actually, you can make this anywhere. Gotta say, it would be
cool to have a beach BBQ at the Shores and cook up a couple of these, especially if you dragged it in from the NW corner! All American Grilled Tuna Burger http://bit.ly/2spvVAn This video recipe is full of tips and tricks, like this: Take frozen fish and a hand held grater, and make "ground fish." If you're catching tuna this season, I've started a new campaign called Tuna War Recipes where I'll be featuring lots of tuna recipes, like Tuna Sushi Burritos, Tuna Taquitos, Tuna Breakfast Bowls, ect... (too much LSD when I was younger!) Submit your own tuna recipes, pics and stories here on BWE or on our Facebook page. Let's show the rest of the SoCal fishermen that we can cook and catch tuna!! Good Luck, Yanni |

Wow Yanni, that looks awesomely good.
You told me about this tasty recipe and your photo makes me want to go out and catch a tuna from my yak this summer and make some burgers. Another great recipe! |

Yanni every time you post a new one, it only makes me super hungry. I could so totally eat one of those right now, with a Ballast Point Sculpin, and it's only breakfast time, Oh well, still a good time!
