Handyman catches a ....girl!
Addison Grace Levine born 6-10-07 at 6:43pm 8lbs 6 oz! I missed the launch for Sunday but caught this anyway! If someone could have taken a picture, I did the "super happy paddle" all the way home!lol This will effectively limit my 3-4 days a week OTW, but I will try to get a couple days here and there anyway. Saturday is looking pretty good! If I can get past those pesky dogs, logs, and Isurus oxyrinchus, I might just catch a fish yet! Or... maybe I will just land one of those Makos..., how are they for culinary fare anyway? Well... if all else fails, I can always fall back to catching babies! |

Congrats Chuck!! That's a keeper for sure.
To answer the mako question, they taste great. I however would not want to land even a pup on the kayak. They are very unpredicatble and like to ram the boat and chew on it, and often go suicidal jumping boatside and they just might end up in your lap.

Congrats. Good thing she looks like her mom... You have a family to raise now, stay away from the makos.
