The Right Kind...
of bait!!. Found these six inch greenbacks on my way out this morning. About the size of a horse sardine. Must of had about twenty of them. Sea Lions eat them, barracuda attack them, and that target fish inhaled one! Tournament time...shhhhhh.. Good tourney to all.

Nice, I always hate to paddle in with those perfect ones still in the tank.

Nice, hope the bait is as willing on Sat.. They were more than happy to bite yesterday and I was able to pick up a 19lber not a turney winner by any means but still nice, I went to the mlpa meeting today and am a little jealous of your morning. I am going to head out tomorrow morning to do a little last minute pre-fishing, best of luck to all....sorta.

I call BS without pics of the fish that inhaled one...
On Saturday, you'll need more than that in your kayak. I seem to remember that I only caught one piece of bait last year and had a leisurely paddle in by 6:45am... See ya then - good luck to all!
