QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Substitution of Education for Experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a field related to the position -OR- 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field related to the position SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: In addition to meeting the qualification requirements above, applicants must have experience in applying systems analysis techniques, sound design principles, project management disciplines, and best practices in the development of complex and dynamic enterprise web sites and web applications. One 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the ZP-II/GS-9 level. That is quite a resume for a Web developer. Might as well be a Rocket Scientist to boot. I do not know what most Ph.D.'s salaries are for this area but it seems most Post Doctorates make a hell of alot more thn 100K! On the other hand it would be a cool Job to have! |
