Question: kayak storage, SD area - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Been wanting to get into kayak fishing, but I live in an apartment and it's impossible to store the kayak inside ( no enclosed garage). Any suggestion ? if there is any place (SD area) for kayak storage, close to popular fishing spot?
