Fish finder question

The plastic nut on my sons fish finder that goes from the transducer to the fish finder broke. Is there a way to replace the nut or cable? Or will he have to replace the transducer. Thanks for any help.

The red one should be the power cable. Can you push it back on? If not just replace the cable.

Thanks. Never found the red nut. We will look and see how difficult it is to get to the power source. Found the chords online.

Yeah-if it’s just a power cable, that’s a super easy replacement. It does not go to the transducer, but it just connects to the battery. Hell, if you’re close to NELA, i’ve got one you can have

Lowrance power cable (red connector)

Amazon has them. I bought one last month for my second ride. There is two models on the market. One model is just a straight power cord. The other model has NMEA which you probably do not need for a kayak. . The price has been fluctuating up and down because of supply and demand. A fair price is about 25$.

Thanks prof for the offer. I'm in the 951, just as much in gas. I will check amazon or lorrance. Thanks for all the input.
