With winter around the corner and no boat in the driveway I need to consider what I want to wear on those cold winter nights.

When it is really cold I wear waders over my Gill overalls. (they're like a waterproof insulated sailing suit)... very warm and stays very dry.

waders and a paddling jacket for sure!!!!
for waders the best deal going is this - http://www.hodgman.com/Sale-Fishing-C69.aspx I bought a cheap pair of shoes a couple sizes too big that i wear over the stockings....nice for those 3am cbass missions. OEX has really good deals on paddling jackets. And remember....bugs aren't the only thing creep'in around at night !! |
