Post your biscuit recipes!
Here's something from tonight. really simple and reeeeeaaaallly goooood. Ya gotta have some variety. Them WSB have some meat on em. Start with a really hot grill. You cook this fast about a minute on each side, a little longer for thick pieces. Watch for flareups from the olive oil. You can brush this on or make it in a bowl and work it all over the fillets, or make it in a plastic bag and work it on the fish that way.
Combine: 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 clove fresh minced garlic 1/4 cup fresh finely chopped basil coat the fillets and grill em. Quick, easy.......melt in your mouth good. Brad, you could offer this on a ciabatta on the watta
