Is this acceptable?
The current situation around Scripps pier. No fishing in the bigger blue area, All finfish can be taken in the small blue area, but no inverts (lobster) can be:
A proposed situation around the pier, blue means you can only catch baitfish by dipnet, red means no fishing at all : Overlapping view:
