Even think about going out Monday mlk?
Am I stupid for even thinking about going out tomorrow from La Jolla? I know there's an sca in effect and supposed to be this big, long period swell from w/nw but looking at cdip and NOAA it all looks very doable from the launch to inside maybe? Looking period means easy timing I would think but I bow to the experience in the forum...

Long period should be easily timetable, supposed to be 4-7 today at pier, but looks 1-2 at the launch. Looks a little bigger manana and a little shorter interval........stow and go!

Thinking about it. not 100% yet. But if I do go, I'd love to hook up and help each other out with the stairs (although it is only a few).

Was out today, biggest waves ive ever seen by the pier. The launch, really easy. Maybe 1.5 feet. Got a little windy and washing machine like waters around 1. Only fish I saw all day was a kayaker around 9 or so land one. Hopefully better fishing tomorrow. Dont forget your squid.
