Guess its time for my first river trip of the year. April was very good to us last year. Guess well try that again.
TOAD lmb BTW. Always nice to get a good fish. River fish sure are good looking. Any smallies for you guys? whered you fish abouts? |

We were fishing the Martinez area. The hot bite was the staging fish on the wood in the lakes. Crank and worm. Another friend got a 8.42 lber off a secondary point in Ferguson Lake on a Jig'n'Pig. They were just starting to move toward the spawning areas. Water temp in the lakes was 57 - 60.
