Commissioner Richard Rogers/Pacific Earth Resources/Pacific Sod/Pacific Arbor Nursery
Just learned that DFG Commissioner Richard Rogers owns Pacific Earth Resources, Pacific Sod and Pacific Arbor Nurseries in Camarillo.
Hopefully jackweed Rogers won't get reappointed to the Fish & game Commission, but in the meantime if anyone is considering installing a sod lawn, make sure to avoid any brands from Pacific Sod. Medallion, Medallion Plus, Medallion Dwarf, Excalibre, PennBlue, NoMow, GN-1, and Sunclipse are some of Pacific Sod's varieties. Likewise for plants from Pacific Arbor Nurseries. If I see any of his crap for sale at my local retailers, I'll be sure to voice my opinion politely to management. I won't be supporting any garden center that does business with a Rogers owned company. |

Sounds like a conflict of interest to us.

Doesn't the fertilizer and pesticides used by sod growers wind up in the ocean. Why, yes it does. This prick's sod farms probably kill more ocean life than all the kayak fisherman in California. Thanks, DICK!
