Here Goes Nothing
To me, preparing the fish you catch is almost as good as catching it (keyword almost).
Fish: First, this is my favorite way to cook yellowtail (I'm more of a sushi guy) other than smoking it of course. Give yourself a couple of cleaned steaks, I like to keep them relatively thin to make grilling easier. Next, lather those suckers in olive oil and throw some garlic, chili powder, salt and lemon on them Then it's as simple as throwing them on the grill on medium heat for around 3 minutes per side, be careful not to overcook them Now to the good stuff. My favorite way to eat yellowtail is simple caveman style with ample wasabi and soy sauce Sushi is a close second, and I like this simple, just avocado and fish is my favorite Sometimes you need to give it a little crunch Excuse the presentation, I tried!! Now all that's left to do is feast!!! |

Nice job on the lobster potatoes!! Looks really yummy.
Considering that Greeks eat more per capita feta on this planet, Chris gets my vote. |
