Don't try this
Lost my truck recently and decided to improvise a way down to the beach.
Worked for about 10min. - it was glorious, then it broke and I sent my kayak for a ride on its own. there's an improved model in the works... |

so did it flip due to the short wheel base or pvc failure per say?

Looks like it could use an extra support between the post under the seat and the support under the front hatch. That should support the frame and stiffen it. At first glance I would say that is where you may have lost it.
