Any change in wx can change the pattern of the fish, for better or worse. Some species seem to have their feeding habits stimulated with low pressure, more than others (lobster for example). Others seem to like sunshine (halibut, YT). Moon phase may be more important depending on the nocturnal activity of the species (WSB). But in my experience there's no rhyme or reason and certainly no way to predict how any of this will change things. Only this: If the fishing is bad, any change can't hurt!
